Puffin Fratercula arctica
Lunga, Argyll
#1571

At first glance, you wouldn't think that the beak of a Puffin could be used for the delicate job of preening, but it certainly can! This photograph was my absolute favourite of over 1000 taken in the space of two hours on Lunga.
